Tina Chiang, PharmD, MBA is a Director of Strategic Market Insights, a division of Scientific Consulting, within Xcenda. Her primary responsibilities include leading the Payer group, strategic oversight, team management and execution of various qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives designed to provide actionable insights and inform payer strategies.

Dr. Chiang brings 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industry, to Xcenda and its clients. Ten of those years focused on health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) strategy and primary market research for a pharmaceutical company with brands in ophthalmology, dermatology, urology. She has also provided reimbursement-strategy consulting for biotechnology and medical device companies.

Dr. Chiang brings in-depth experience to the brands we serve, including the development and execution of health outcomes strategic planning, publication plan development, KOL management, and claims database study management.

Dr. Chiang received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and completed her post-doctoral fellowship with Applied Health Outcomes and Mercer School of Pharmacy and received a Master in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business.
