Jacquelyn Hall

Jacquelyn Hall, MSPH, is an Assistant Director within the Reimbursement Strategy and Health Policy team. In this role, she develops reimbursement and commercialization strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers. 

Ms. Hall is experienced in advising clients of changes in the reimbursement landscape while providing analysis of how such changes impact reimbursement and patient access to their products. She has led strategic reimbursement and distribution initiatives for specialty oral and injectable products within a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, diagnostics, and end-stage renal disease. As a leader of these projects, Ms. Hall researches and analyzes private and public payer policies, trends in the pharmaceutical industry, and reimbursement issues across sites of service. In addition, she has conducted interviews and surveys with payers and providers to further enhance reimbursement strategies and value propositions.   

Before joining Xcenda, Ms. Hall worked for a bureau within a New York county health department. In that role, she was involved in various projects concerning interventions, county demographic studies, and helping to address the needs of children with physical and developmental disabilities and/or delays. Before her public health work, she gained experience as a research assistant for neurobiological and pharmaceutical research. 

Ms. Hall received an MSPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in biology from Duke University.
