Laura Happe
Laura Happe, PharmD, MPH, is a Director within the Payer and Outcomes Solutions consulting team. In this role, she leads client projects focused on value messaging within the managed markets service area. Dr. Happe has expertise and experience developing value messages to differentiate pharmaceutical products based on key drivers in the marketplace. Her experience is diverse across product types, including small molecules, orphan drugs, injectable hospital-based agents, vaccines, and others. She has worked on products at all stages of development with experience in market sizing and shaping to launching new indications for marketed products.
Prior to joining the managed markets team, Dr. Happe spent nearly 5 years in health outcomes and pharmacoeconomics, where she directed scientific research and authored numerous publications. Dr. Happe earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in health outcomes while she earned her Master of Public Health at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
