National Strategy Councils

National Strategy Council Meetings are ideal for clients interested in developing ongoing strategic collaboration between the nation’s leading payer and provider decision makers and other healthcare stakeholders. Xcenda recruits advisors and provides turnkey support that includes the development of meeting discussion guides, meeting logistics, and post-meeting analysis with strategic recommendations. National Strategy Council meetings and objectives are customized for each client.

National Strategy Councils serve as a model for stakeholder collaboration, and the advisors typically meet at least once or twice annually with the following intentions:

• Identify key issues/opportunities to improve management of target condition(s)
• Develop strategic and tactical recommendations for client to overcome barriers and/or address unmet needs
• Serve as steering committee for future activities
• Assess current market dynamics, validate value propositions, refine communication plan, and establish ongoing communication among payer/provider stakeholders
