Susan Bramer
Susan Bramer, MS, has been with Xcenda since 2004. She is an Assistant Director and serves as a Project Manager. In this role, she serves as the primary contact for internal and client team members. She is responsible for proposal and budget development, contract review, project staffing, work plan development, timeline and budget management, meeting organization, invoicing, and quality control.
Ms. Bramer has 24 years of experience in the healthcare field, having worked as a clinical social worker in both hospital and outpatient settings as well as EAP and managed care organizations. Prior to joining Xcenda, she served as Director of Outcomes and Case Management for a large not-for-profit agency. She also has experience with JCAHO standards and review processes, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, quality improvement, case management, and project management.
Ms. Bramer holds a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and an MS in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University.
