Susan Parker

Susan Parker, RN, CMPE, is a Vice President and leads the field support business, which includes outsourced field staffing, provider reimbursement education, and e-learning. Her team of experienced reimbursement consultants helps providers and their office staff to implement strategies and effectively utilize tools to overcome reimbursement and patient access issues. Ms. Parker leads the team in developing customized presentations to support implementation of practice management tools, including practice process flows, policy and procedure templates, customized worksheets to support practice operations, and contract evaluation and negotiation specific to various specialties.  

Ms. Parker is a leading national speaker and a Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She has completed clinical and reimbursement professional addresses and authored articles published in these healthcare areas.

Prior to joining Lash Group, Ms. Parker gained 15 years of experience in specialty physician practice management, served as a consultant to specialty practices, and obtained 25 years of clinical nursing experience in pediatric endocrinology, urology, ear/nose/throat, and emergency medicine. She has served on clinical and quality assurance committees, managed care contracting committees, and the national board of the Pediatric Endocrine Nursing Society. Ms. Parker received an ADN from Marion Technical College.
