Tom Mullin, MBA, is Vice President of Business Development and leads Xcenda's Strategic Planning and Tactical Growth Initiatives. As an experienced payer marketer who has played a key role in developing impactful value propositions for more than 30 pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device brands, Mr. Mullin provides strategic guidance and support for client project engagements.
With more than 16 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including roles in national and regional accounts management, district sales management, and brand management for a product with peak sales of $3 billion per year, Mr. Mullin possesses strategic insight into the manufacturer-payer sales process, contracting, and the application of health outcomes and economic information to prove product value. Mr. Mullin has demonstrated particular expertise in the therapeutic areas of depression, diabetes, cardiovascular, men's health, and asthma.
Mr. Mullin holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he received the Wall Street Journal Award for Academic Excellence.
