Spend a summer on the front lines of innovation


Our 10-12 week internship program is a rare opportunity to gain insight into the worlds of pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, providers, and patients — each with perspectives that can help bring deeper understanding into your field of study. From health economics to global business opportunities and marketing to finance and information technology, our paid internships offer a range of engagements that can match the level of degree you are pursuing, whether undergraduate or postgraduate. Our internships are primarily located in Tampa, Florida and Fort Mill, South Carolina and conducted during the summer months.  Check opportunities during fall and late winter months.

Our Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience and Health Outcomes Research/Consulting Student Rotation provides PharmD candidates with the basic understanding of the clinical, economic, and humanistic outcomes of healthcare interventions, focusing on pharmacoeconomics and healthcare quality assessments.

FormularyDecisions® Research Assistants

The Research Assistant (RA) role at Xcenda is a unique opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in managed care, industry, or consulting. RAs work in conjunction with the Product Management and Engagement teams to support FormularyDecisions®, a secure platform that facilitates exchange of information between manufacturers and healthcare decision makers to help support medical policy and formulary development. Through this program, you may be involved in projects ranging from maintaining clinical content on the platform to supporting projects to promote customer and payer engagement, such as creating presentations and conducting research. This is a one-year, part-time remote role that may be renewed on an annual basis. Candidates pursuing a doctorate degree (eg, PharmD, PhD, etc) in health sciences are encouraged to apply.
