Cencora’s Fellowship Program provides numerous rewarding opportunities to contribute to diverse consulting projects that support a wide variety of therapeutic areas. Throughout these cross-functional endeavors, I have thoroughly enjoyed the one-on-one conversations I engage in with my co-fellows and with the leaders of Cencora. Learning about the career journeys of former fellows who now serve as leaders within the company is both exciting and inspiring because from day one, fellows are treated as integral members of the team.
