I have quickly gained foundational knowledge and hands-on experience serving in key roles to develop content for a diagnostic solutions company and an international pharmaceutical company dedicated to research and development. Throughout these cross-functional endeavors, I have thoroughly enjoyed the one-on-one conversations I engage in with my co-fellows and with the leaders of Cencora. Learning about the career journeys of former fellows who now serve as leaders within the company is both exciting and inspiring because from day one, fellows are treated as integral members of the team. Serving as a Medical Communications Research Fellow while obtaining a Master’s of Science Degree from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and completing the American Medical Writer’s Association Certificate program is truly a unique experience that is preparing me for a successful career in pharmaceutical consulting. As a first-year fellow, I support the development of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, scientific slide decks, systematic literature reviews/meta-analyses, and dossiers.
