As a leader within Xcenda’s operations team, I serve as a central pivot point for internal and client-facing teams to oversee proposal and budget development, contract review, staffing, work plan development, timeline and budget management, and invoicing and quality control.

Throughout more than 25 years of experience, I have worked for providers, manufacturers, and healthcare consultancies. I am a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and have deep knowledge of projects spanning the payer, provider, patient recruitment, data collection, and analysis space. In addition, I have years of practice addressing all aspects of professional meeting and event planning, coordinating all logistical aspects of advisory boards, conventions, medical education training, sales training, and POA events. 

I received my Certified Meeting Planner credentials from Meeting Professionals International and my principles of marketing research certification from the University of Georgia.
