Michelle Friedman, MPH
Director, Quality Strategy and Tactics
I direct health economics and strategic consulting engagements that help manufacturers demonstrate, realize, and communicate product value to key stakeholders.
Beyond value proposition development, my experience includes leading and managing advisory boards, literature reviews, pharmacoeconomic models, retrospective database studies, and dossiers. My knowledge stretches across several disease states, including diabetes, gastroenterology, psychiatry, rare and orphan diseases, and cardiology.
Previously, I served as an analyst at Tuffs Health Plan where I worked on health data analyses on clinical indicators, access to care measures, and utilization of services related to federal and state requirements, including HEDIS®. I have an extensive background in academic research and have been published in several peer-related journals including the Journal of Medical Economics, Diabetes Care, Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, Current Medical Research and Opinion, Journal of Dental Education, Journal of Health Management and Practice, and Current Psychiatry Reports.
I received my Master of Public Health from the Boston University School of Public Health and my undergraduate degree in psychology and neuroscience from Clark University.
