Human Resources Business Partner
As the human resources business partner at Xcenda, I help ensure our associates can bring their best selves to work in a culture built on diversity, trust, compassion, and respect. I bring almost 20 years of experience in human resource management. My focus has been on talent management, leadership development, our performance management cycle, compensation planning, and strategic partnerships for recruiting diverse talent. I have partnered closely with our corporate Human Resources Centers of Excellence to ensure AmerisourceBergen associates have the most seamless support and helpful resources possible.
Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, I worked for large pharmaceutical companies in an HR Business Partner role supporting sales, and in an Organizational Development role supporting organizational change, employee engagement, and internal communications.
I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors in Business Management.
